I get this error when installing, but the error does not show up on a mobile device. blank.ascx is installed, but it doesn't look like there is anything inside of it.

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

Judging by your error message, we guess you didn't install skin yet. Please take a look at user manual of this module, then operate step by step.

Oh but I did install a skin already!

It doesn't show up with the error message when I visit the site from a mobile browser, it only shows up in the emulator. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

I do have the yellow skin configured already.

Hi Mike,

We don’t mean themes. We mean that you need to go to HOST -> EXTENSION and install one DNN skin. After you unzip the file you get, you can get one skin installation package besides module installation package. Please take a look at user manual carefully.
