DNN Skin/Theme

Standard License: You can install the skin/theme on a single portal only, belonging to either you or your clients.
Professional License: You can install the skin/theme on an unlimited number of Portals under one DNN installation, belonging to either you or your clients.
Enterprise License: You can install the skin/theme on an unlimited number of Portals and DNN installations, belonging to either you or your clients.

You are allowed to modify the skin/theme as per your own needs. But you must not transfer your license of the skin/theme to others, or redistribute, distribute, resell or share the skin/theme, and you can not modify the skin/theme as end product for selling at any marketplace. You shall not use the skin/theme on websites that come with pornographic, defamatory or other illegal or immoral content.

Specifically:

You are allowed to modify the skin as per your own needs;
You shall not publish the skin in any place for others to download;
You shall not re-sell or re-distribute the skin in any form;
You shall not transfer the skin permission to others;
You shall not use the skin on websites that come with pornographic, defamatory or other illegal or immoral content;
You must not sell or redistribute the modified derivative product as end product;
If you need to apply the skin to your client’s site/project, you need to make a detailed record for the use of this skin, including your client’s name, the skin number, site URL and date used, for the purpose of providing purpose information requested by DNNGo in the future.

Please Notice:

Please consciously abide by the rules when using skins, DNNGo is not responsible for any legal action, responsibility or loss due to you failure to comply with the rules of the skin.
If the issues are caused by your own modification, you need to pay for our service.

DNN Module

Standard License: You can install the module on a single portal only, belonging to either you or your clients.

Instruction for module use:

You are allowed to use the module in your or your clients’ site;
You shall not publish the module in any place for others to download;
You shall not re-sell or re-distribute the module in any form;
You shall not transfer the permission to anyone;
You shall not crack or de-compile the module.

Upgrade policy for product version:

Free latest version is available if purchase is within two years.

Source Policy:

Please take a closer look at our policies for source code, we would recommend you not to purchase it if you can not agree to each provision of this policy. Once your order is placed successfully, you are implied consent to all provisions of this policy. After purchasing it, you must follow each provision of this policy. If you violate the provision, we(DNNGo) shall have the right to pursue its legal responsibility.

1. You can use the source code in your site or your client's site countless times according to your needs.

2. You can modify the source code at your options according to your needs.

3. You have no right to release and sell the source code at any place.

4. You have no right to transfer the source code to anyone else for value or for free.

5. You have no right to transfer the expanded products or the source code derived from modifying the Developer's source code for value or for free.

6. The copyright of the source code belongs to DNNGo.

7. No refund is granted once you purchase it.

Refund Policy:

Notice: Before ordering our products, please take a closer look at the product description, product demo(for module you can download trial version to test) to make sure it is what you want. Or you can contact us directly before placing an order ( Email:dnnskindev@gmail.com )

As per our rules within 30 days since you purchased our product(s), you can get a full refund if there is any significant problems or bugs that is beyond our ability to cope with. But it is nonrefundable if the following situations occur.

2. Due to individual preference, don't want to keep it after purchasing it.

3. Do not know how to use the product(s) due to lacking of knowledge of DNN.

4. Error(s) caused by (not the error of product itself)the third party product(s) or platform.

5. The product(s) doesn't/don't have any problem we can't solve.

6. Site error(s) occurred, but it's not caused by our company's product(s).

7. Purchase for module source version.
