What does SP20067 run on?
It is a DNN (DotNetNuke) skin/theme that installs like any DNN extension. See the version history below for the DNN versions each release supports.
Can I use it on my existing site?
Yes. Install the skin on a compatible DNN site and rebuild your pages with the included page templates and short codes.
How do I activate the bundled modules?
Install the module and add it to a page, open its License interface, copy the code next to the Machine Key option and send it to us together with the product license you purchased — we will activate the module for you.
Where do I find the module’s Machine Key?
Add the module to a page, click “License” below the module to open the license interface, then copy the codes shown next to the Machine Key option.
Do I resend the Machine Key after moving the site to production?
Yes. After transferring the site to the live environment, send us the new Machine Key so the modules can be re-activated for the production machine.
Can I use one purchase on multiple sites?
It depends on the license: Standard covers a single portal, Professional covers unlimited portals within one DNN installation, and Enterprise covers unlimited portals and installations.
How long are free updates included?
Free updates for 2 years from purchase. After that, contact dnnskindev@gmail.com for renewal options.
I get an “invalid DNN extension” error — how do I fix it?
Unzip the downloaded package, then find the matching theme or module install file and follow the included instructions.
Can you customize the theme for me?
Yes. Send us your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote.
